I choose each and every one of my ingredients with care. I will always source my ingredients as locally as possible. The ingredients that cannot be sourced locally are ingredients that thrive best in their local climates. No matter where my ingredients come from, I feel that they really must be top notch. The better the ingredient, the better the finished product. I firmly believe in kicking chemicals to the curb and using holistic, cold pressed, organic ingredients that our Earth provides.
